The work of the Hungarian organizations and institutions in the countries of Latin America is significant. They widely popularize Hungarian culture. There are libraries within the institutions where Hungarian literature can be known at first hand by the people who live there. Several choirs and folk dance groups represent our traditions and the Hungarians who live in Latin American countries pay attention to the cultivation of religion. Even Hungarian newspapers are published. In addition, there are schools where, although frequented by Latin American students, subjects of Hungarian interest are taught and Hungarian school traditions are kept.
